Full Job Description :-
The IT Specialist’s role encompasses the following major job duty categories:

Help Desk – Provides Tiers 1-2 application and technical support to teammates’ who contact Help Desk for assistance. Ensures that SLAs are achieved, provides effective and timely issue resolution, builds positive working relationships, and maximizes teammate satisfaction.
IT Asset Management – Manages IT asset life cycle including completing IT equipment ordering, receipt, imaging/set up/testing, distribution, recovery, and tracking (laptops, printers, network gear, other peripherals). Ensures that teammates have the IT equipment they need, when they need it and that all IT assets are accurately tracked and reportable.
Project Support – Assigned to support small to medium sized projects as required. Completes assigned project tasks on schedule with agreed to outcomes.
Systems Administration – Completes basic system administration tasks as required under the supervision of designated Systems Administrators and Engineers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.50 – $32.00 per hour
