Full Job Description :-
This position is responsible for managing all processes and systems used for creation/planning of new tolling relationships. This includes order execution, management of inventory, inventory disposition strategies, KPI performance, master data management (as it relates to materials management and planning), and contributor to the S&OP process. It requires collaboration with Customer Care, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Product Management, and Controlling.
Knowledge and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: minimum 1 year Supply Chain Experience or equivalent


SAP experience strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
Execution oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to make value-added contributions in cross-functional project teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills.

Master Data Set Up – Including article extensions, plant creation, material costing, BOM/Recipe creation and label tree creation.
Raw Material Creation – Main point of contact for all questions related to new materials.
Arrangement of materials required for Tolling trials.
Production posting in APO
Coordination with various departments to ensure Transportation and Financial needs are accounted for.
Monitor orders, stock status, and MRP exception messages in SAP ensuring products are available to support business plan.
Interface with Customer Care regarding available to promise and backorders.
Identify and communicate demand/supply imbalances working with Product Management, Supply Planner and 3rd Party Vendors.
* Manage inventory levels consistent with business targets, including action plans for disposition of slow-moving and dysfunctional inventory

Internal and external relationships
* Customer Support Team (Direct, Distribution, and Export Customer Support) – directs communication to customers related to orders, date changes, supply outlook, etc.
* Product Management – asset/sourcing strategy, conflict resolution.
* Sales – works with sales team on new business opportunity and changes to existing business, setting expectations/ capability, lead time, minimum order qty, etc.
* Quality – works with quality team on disposition of off-spec and new article launches
* Controlling – collaborates and supports Controlling to ensure proper financial processing of tolling activities.
