Salesforce Administrator to join the team. This is a remote position and can be located anywhere within the United States.

How can you make an impact?

With a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience, the Salesforce Administrator enjoys all aspects of system/user management that include designing solutions, creating concise documentation, resolving support tickets, providing end-user support and training. In this role, you will work with the Sales & Marketing organizations on enhancements and be involved in the selection and implementation of new plugins and/or other sales enablement tools. This position is highly aligned with Sales, Executive Management, Customer Success and Marketing.

What you will be doing:

Providing SFDC and CPQ. and other sales enablement technical support.
Collaborating with the Sales Operations Director regarding: SFDC improvement initiatives from data requirements to a successful roll-out.
Helping to define the process and providing the infrastructure and content related to training and user onboarding, ensuring excellent user engagement of sales enablement.
Being a technical conduit and catalyst between the Sales Operations and Global Technical Solutions team on improvement initiatives, bugs, and technical fixes to maximize the operational excellence of the CRM.
Collaborating with Sales Operations team members on PRM initiatives, maintenance, and training.
Acting as the SFDC Project manager on major improvement initiatives.
Maintaining current Salesforce & CPQ administrative-level knowledge for any changes and/or subsequent releases from SFDC.
Managing user support and training in various global time zones.

We’re looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
SFDC Administrator certification or 4+ years SFDC Admin experience.
At least 1 year of CPQ Experience.
Understanding the Lead to Quote process in Salesforce and CPQ.
Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.
Exceptional communication, presentation and speaking skills.
Highly analytical with a passion for technology.
Dynamic, flexible, with high energy as this is a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
