DESIGN – UX / User Experience

User Experience Design Co-conducts market research to understand the importance and role of each touchpoint (ex: competition, customer behavior in each channel, etc). Leverages customer insights to anticipate needs and obstacles within the path to purchase, and designing strategies to target the obstacles and share knowledge with key stakeholders. Uses segmentation data to identify the target segments to pursue and develop the appropriate on-line journey (based on their location) Interprets the user journey to better understand and improve the customer experience (thru digital engagements) and touch points that move consumers down the funnel to increase conversions. Facilitate the User X process with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, etc) to designs interactions on the experiential platform and uses them to monitors the effectiveness of processes across platforms, adapting processes needed to meet objectives Resolve gaps in the total customer experience to optimize the experience. Facilitate the buying journey for products and/or services by understanding the key benefits of the offers
Digital Management Analyzes, measures and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the entity’s strategy in reaching key targets or audiences. Performs quantitative assessment and optimization of website experience and content through Analytics tools, multivariate testing, A/B testing, and user testing. Provides inputs on all aspects of digital marketing (ex: SEO/SEM, affiliate, re-targeting, acquisition, content marketing, etc). Compiles and interpret reports on customer analytics to assist in web and mobile asset decision-making. Conducts Search Engine Optimization analyses for basic web pages, websites mobile pages/applications, etc. Defines the techniques and tactics used to increase brand Search Engine Optimization and /or conversion.
Customer Engagement Integrates marketing analytics with demand generation strategies to improve engagement Re-engages existing customers through promotion of new product features, positive public relations, and established relationships. Utilizes existing customer relationships to gain customer referrals and generate new lead to increase reach and increase volume. Runs basic queries to analyze funnel and individual campaign performance using established metrics to optimize the cost of acquisition of the consumer by defining and implementing new ways to acquire traffic of purchasers.
