Riehl Construction Consulting, LLC is looking for an experience Estate Project Manager to join our team! the Estate Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including coordinating work between clients, consultants and other 3rd party vendors, being responsible for the maintenance of several properties and helping senior Project Managers with more complex projects. The candidate should be highly organized, possess superior communication skills and be comfortable interacting with high end clients.
Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate work schedules between multiple parties
Solving problems that arise with our Client’s properties/projects
Provide information by answering questions and requests from our clients
Track the progress of projects and ensure they are within budget
Report progress of projects directly to management
Meet with clients and update them on the status of requested work
Compile due diligence reports for Client properties
Provide help to other departments with special projects

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in preferred in construction workeragement or similar discipline
At least 3 years experience in a project management, construction workeragement, house management or property management role
Valid driver’s license and reliable car (you must be able to travel around the west side to projects sites throughout the work day)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
