As a Marketing Coordinator on our Culture Team at TQL, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support for employee events/engagement programs and new hire onboarding/engagement efforts. What you’ll be doing:

Assist Events and Engagement team in planning and executing employee events and programs – these programs range from team lunches to multi city company-wide events.
Assisting Onboarding team in the execution of new hire engagement programs, including prep and execution of new hire onboarding on day one and execution of new hire events post day one.
Support Culture team as needed with communications, data tracking and other administrative needs.
Support Engagement and Corporate Giving teams as necessary on company-wide perks programs like TQL Kids Club, TQL Pets Club, intramurals and charitable campaigns.

What you need:

1-3 years of experience working in a team environment in a collaborative and effective way
Experience working on multiple projects or programs with carrying complexity levels at the same time
Strong organizational and administrative skills to support a diverse group of projects.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including working some nights and weekends to ensure presence at special events
Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite with priority on PowerPoint and Excel
Top-notch customer service skills
Extreme attention to detail
